RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
1. Introduction
At Gift Secret, your satisfaction is our priority! We understand that sometimes things may not go as expected, and you may need to return an item. This policy explains how returns and refunds work when you shop on https://giftsecret.com.ng. Our goal is to make the process simple, fair, and stress-free.
2. Return Period and Conditions
You can return most items within 7 days after delivery. After this period, we may not accept returns, except where required by law.
You may return items for any of the following reasons:

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. These include:
- Personal care products (makeup, skincare, hygiene items)
- Underwear and swimwear
- Food, beverages, drugs, and supplements
- Customized or personalized items
4. How to Package Returns
Items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered, including:
- Original packaging
- Tags and labels intact
Please ensure items are securely packaged, as they remain your responsibility until received by us.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund within the timeframe stated on our website.
- If the item is defective or incorrect, delivery costs will also be refunded
- Refunds may be issued via:
- Bank transfer
- Wallet/store credit
- Original payment method (where applicable)
6. If Your Return Is Rejected
All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
If your return request is rejected:
- We will attempt delivery back to you twice
- If unsuccessful, you must retrieve the item within 60 days
- Unclaimed items after this period may be forfeited
7. No Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or product:
- Return the original item
- Place a new order
